IP CAMERA WAREHOUSE ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) for most domestic deliveries. Shipping charges are passed through and added to your invoice – we do not charge handling fees. Shipping charges are calculated automatically by the carrier based on geographic destination and selected method of delivery. Most orders are processed the same day they are received; orders received prior to 3:00pm EST, Monday thru Friday, normally ship same day. Only business days are counted when calculating estimated transit time and the day following the ship date is considered day one. Items that are not in stock may ship directly from the manufacturer. Delivery transit time is estimated based on information received from the carrier. All outbound shipments are adequately insured and packages that arrive opened or appear to have been damaged in transit should be refused by the customer at the time of delivery. In those instances the carrier should take possession of the shipment and return it to IPCW so that a replacement or credit can be processed. Customers should report any problems with their order or delivery within 48 hours of receipt.
A valid, occupied postal address is required on all shipments and IPCW cannot ship to a PO Box. A signature is required as proof-of-delivery at the destination address. In the event a signature is unavailable, the order will be held by the carrier until a second delivery attempt can be scheduled. Any shipment returned to IPCW due to an incorrect or non-deliverable shipping address will be subject to $25.00 returns processing fee plus the original shipping charges, when applicable.
IPCW strives to ensure that every order is quickly processed and expedited in our system, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. Any specific inquiries concerning the transport and delivery of orders should be directed to one of our customer service representatives. Tracking is available on all shipments and is automatically transmitted to the e-mail address provided in the customer account section at the time of purchase/registration.
Unlike most states, Delaware does not assess a state sales tax and all orders processed by IPCW are therefore tax-exempt. We welcome orders from customers based outside the continental US and encourage you to contact one of our customer service representatives to discuss international shipments. IPCW is not responsible for taxes, Customs duties or other charges applicable on cross-border shipments outside the US.
