IP CAMERA WAREHOUSE honors all manufacturers’ warranties on the products we sell and we will help facilitate the process of filing a claim for repair, replacement or other remedy. Customers requiring assistance should contact an IPCW customer service representative for guidance and support. Most manufacturers’ warranties contain certain restrictions or limitations and customers should visit the respective manufacturers’ website to determine specific terms and conditions that may apply.
Products purchased from IPCW that fail to operate properly or have been damaged and need repair must be returned to IPCW or a designated repair facility for processing. All returns must be pre-authorized and customers requiring assistance should contact IPCW and request a Return Authorization (RA) prior to shipment. No returns will be accepted unless an RA number has been assigned and registered in the customer’s account. Products not received within ten (10) days of the RMA issue date will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. All returns must be properly labeled with the RA number displayed on the shipping label. IPCW is solely responsible for determining whether credit will be issued for non-defective returns and we reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee on credited returns.
Products purchased from IPCW that are defective out-of-the-box must be returned in compliance with the manufacturers’ warranty in order to obtain a credit or replacement. Defective returns must be in brand new condition with all the contents and in the original packaging with no markings, labels or writing on the carton. Items must be properly packed for shipment and returned, shipping pre-paid, to IPCW in accordance with instructions issued under the Return Authorization. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the defective item being refused or additional charges being applied against any applicable credit.
